Can I pick up my equipment?

Sorry, but we currently don't have that option. To ensure the quality of our equipment, all orders are delivered and picked up by our staff with care.

How much is delivery?

There is a $55 delivery fee for all orders. This fee covers the delivery and pick up of your entire order within our delivery area. We deliver on the day of your event and pick up the following day. Same day pick up is an additional $55 and is subject to availability.

At what time is delivery and pick up?

We will call you the day prior to delivery to confirm your delivery time. Delivery times are based on your start time as well as our delivery route. Make sure to provide your delivery date and event start time on your order at check out. We will make sure to set up the delivery so that we deliver prior to your start time. Pick up is always the following day. Same day pickup is sometimes available for an additional fee.

Can I get a quote?

The easiest way to get a quote for a single day rental is to go online and select all the equipment you wish to rent. When you click on the shopping cart you will see your current total. Feel free to add or subtract items to see how it affects your total. For multi day rentals it is best to call us for your quote at 702-844-9995

Is the rental equipment cleaned?

YES! We take the cleanliness of our equipment very seriously. We clean and sanitize all our equipment between every use. We also plastic wrap most items when stored to ensure it stays dust free too.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver and pick up all orders. Usually we deliver on the day of your event and pick up the following day.

Can you pick up on the same day as deilvery?

Yes! We can come back the same day to pick up for an additional fee. It is best if you reach out to us to coordinate this prior to placing your order.
